During my recent stay at the apartment in York, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided. Not only did the staff go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earphones promptly, but they also ensured that the ironing facilities were top, notch, allowing me to look polished for my outings in the city. the heating in the apartment was perfect, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxing in the sitting area or enjoying a meal at the dining table. the attention to detail in providing free toiletries, including high, quality shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. the presence of a washing machine and dryer made it convenient to refresh my clothes after a day of exploring, while the well, equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, along with an electric kettle, allowed me to prepare my own meals when desired. the flat, screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and the choice between carpeted and parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the space. the hotel's commitment to exceeding expectations in every aspect made my experience truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
